Skylar Grey is ready to step into the limelight. Not only is her new single, 'Invisible,' making waves, but the singer-songwriter has just been asked to join Bruno Mars on his nearly sold-out European tour.

The three-week run will begin on Oct. 3 in Copenhagen, Denmark, covering ground in Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Germany and France. Being chosen to tour alongside Mars doesn't come as too much of a surprise -- the 25-year-old is a celebrated hitmaker herself, with songwriting credits on Eminem and Rihanna’s 'Love the Way You Lie,' Diddy-Dirty Money’s 'Coming Home' and Dr. Dre’s 'I Need a Doctor.'

Grey began her career under her birth name, Holly Brook, releasing her debut album, 'Like Blood Like Honey,' in 2006. After choosing her new name because "it represents the unknowns in life," the talented musician has been working on her solo album 'Invinsible,' which will, according to a press release, chronicle her struggles to find her place in the world.

The video for the lead track on Grey's forthcoming LP premiered in early September, and has already amassed over 3 million views. 'Invinsible' is slated for a January release, and reportedly features guest vocals by Marilyn Manson.
