Snoop Dogg, the Black Eyed Peas and Damian Marley are among the first batch of performers announced for the 2011 SWU Music & Arts Festival in Brazil.

The second annual event, which takes place from Nov. 12-14 in the city of Paulinia, will also feature veteran British performer Peter Gabriel and metal act Megadeth. Rock legend Neil Young will be on hand to participate in discussion forums but will not perform.

The expanded festival will have a capacity of 70,000 and will feature three outdoor stages and a tent for electronic music.

More performers are likely to be announced in the coming months. The 2010 festival featured superstar acts Linkin Park, Rage Against the Machine, Dave Matthews Band, Kings of Leon, Incubus, Crystal Method, Joss Stone and Regina Spektor.
