Snoop Dogg, the Black Eyed Peas and Damian Marley are among the first batch of performers announced for the 2011 SWU Music & Arts Festival in Brazil.

The second annual event, which takes place from Nov. 12-14 in the city of Paulinia, will also feature veteran British performer Peter Gabriel and metal act Megadeth. Rock legend Neil Young will be on hand to participate in discussion forums but will not perform.
