The Stars of the Internet Need Your Streamy Award Votes

Before the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences presents the best of TV at the September 20 Emmy Awards, The Streamy Awards will honor the Internet's most noteworthy online creators — and the show needs your help.

The fifth annual Streamys, which will air live on Thursday, September 17 at 10 PM EST on VH1, are officially inviting the public to vote in two categories: Entertainer of the Year and Show of the Year. Tyler Oakley, Cameron Dallas, Jenna Marbles and more are nominated for the former, while Video Game High School, Teens React, Good Mythical Morning and others are all competing for the latter's distinction (you can peep the whole list of nominees here).

Starting now, fans can cast their votes here, or tweet a hashtag with their favorite entertainer's name as one word (#gracehelbig, for example). The show will also honor the best in Viners, Internet pranks, original songs and lifestyle projects—the Streamys' newest category—among others. Voting will be open until moments before the winners are announced.

Grace Helbig and Tyler Oakley will host the show live from the Hollywood Palladium. Paula Abdul, Mel B, GloZell Green, Shay Mitchell, Kat Graham and more will present at the show, which viewers can also catch via digital platforms.
