With roughly 24 hours before T.I. becomes a freed man, plans are underway for a big celebration for the 31-year-old rhyme-slinger upon his release from a halfway house on Sept. 29. TMZ reports that Tip will host a welcome home brunch in Atlanta this weekend.

Granted, after a year in prison, you would think T.I. would want to pop champagne bottles at a local nightclub, but it looks like he's changing his ways. The lavish bash reportedly will cost around $100,000 with $20,000 just on food and $8,000 on dessert. As for libations, Diddy has got it covered. The rap mogul is personally sending 150 bottles of Ciroc -- one for each partygoer -- to the affair. Vodka for brunch? That's a new one on us.

In addition, each guest will be personally outfitted with custom-designed clothing from T.I.'s apparel line AKOO. Now that's hot! The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday (Oct. 2), two days after T.I. is formally released from a halfway house.

After the festivities, it's back to business for the 'Live Your Life' rapper. T.I. will start prepping the release of his new book 'Power & Beauty: A Love Story of Life on the Streets,' which hits stores on Oct. 18, and resume filming his reality show 'T.I.'s Family Hustle.'
