Christmas came early for the good folks in Atlanta. Rapper T.I. was flexin' his yuletide spirit and dressed up like Santa Claus to pass out toys at his King Foundation 4th Annual Christmas Toy Giveaway last Tuesday (Dec. 20).

Celebrity website FreddyO.com was on hand to capture the festivities as kids and parents scooped up various gifts for their families. T.I. gave thanks to his business associate Ms. Hannah Kang, Atlanta Hawks player Josh Smith, Athlete’s Foot and his own clothing company Akoo for coordinating and sponsoring the giveaway.

Midway through the event, Tip, his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris and their entire family dressed up like green ogres. WTF? Apparently, T.I. wanted to show people that it's not about how a person looks but what kind of heart the person has during the holidays. Huh? Yeah, we are scratching our heads at that one too. Oh well, it was all for a good cause, right?

According to FreddyO.com, more than 3,000 toys, jackets, shirts, bags and other gifts were passed out at the event. So props to T.I. for giving back to his community during the holidays.

One more final gift T.I. plans to deliver to fans is a new mix tape featuring original material. The self-proclaimed King of the South is expected to drop 'F--- Da City Up' on Jan. 1, 2012.
