Alfie Deyes is a British vlogger whose YouTube channel, PointlessBlog, has earned millions of subscribers. Born in 1993, the Brighton resident has been uploading videos of himself since he was 15, including video-game commentary clips via his AlfieGames account. His good-natured PointlessBlog videos show him speaking directly to the camera in heartfelt confessionals (‘Girls Are Confusing’), goofing around with his friends (‘English Boys Get Mail’) and taking on a variety of silly challenges (‘120 Chicken Nuggets in 20 Minutes’). A frequent collaborator is his girlfriend Zoe Sugg, aka fellow YouTube superstar Zoella. Deyes released his best-selling ‘The Pointless Book’ in 2014. He was among the celebrities taking part in the 2014 charity single ‘Do They Know It’s Christmas?’ under the name Band Aid 30.
