Considering she's probably the most famous infant on the planet, fans went nuts over the beautiful baby's pictures, which also featured Jay-Z and mama bear Beyonce. Since Blue was born on Jan. 7, fans have been clamoring to see the newborn so much that Bey and Jay reportedly were offered $14 million for the rights to the first photos.
