EDM performers David Guetta and Nicky Romero have released a gritty music video for their new instrumental collaboration 'Metropolis.' The clip was directed by street artist Mr. Brainwash, who explained, according to Global Grind, "My creative inspiration for the video was to take old objects like records and TVs, which have been used to play music in the past, and make them beautiful again by turning them into pieces of art."
What do you get when you mash up two of the best pop vocalists on the planet with one of the world's highest-profile DJs? You get this awesome mashup of Kelly Clarkson's 'Dark Side' with David Guetta and Sia's radio smash, 'Titanium.' The DJ behind the mix is Monique Kim, who dubbed the track 'My Stronger, Titanium, Dark Side.'
Claws out and paws up, pop people. It's Gaga vs. Guetta.
'Titanium,' DJ extraordinaire David Guetta's collaboration with eccentric Australian songstress Sia, was such a smash success that it's no wonder he'd want to work with her again -- and now we know he has. During his set at Belgium's Tomorrowland festival, Guetta debuted the pair's latest effort, 'Falling To Pieces.'
David Guetta recruited some A-list talent for his song 'I Can Only Imagine' in the form of Chris Brown and Lil Wayne, and both artists appear in the futuristic video for the song. You'll be stepping into a sci-fi mini film -think a new version of 'The Matrix'- for the space of four minutes, thanks to trio.
David Guetta is continuing his reign as the DJ who releases the catchiest songs, and his next single 'I Can Only Imagine' featuring Chris Brown and Lil Wayne is no different. The three stars filmed the video on six -- yes you read that right, six -- different sets and even used face mapping technology to get the futuristic feel.
