Singer Gavin DeGraw, braving the frigid cold with "keep warm" accessories like a knit beanie atop his head and a beard on his face, performed the title track from his new album 'Make a Move' at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (Nov. 28) this morning, standing on a float and jumping up and down as he sang.
Pleasant pop singer-songwriters Gavin DeGraw and Colbie Caillat are teaming up for a co-headlining summer tour that also features Andy Grammer as an opening act. The month-long trek begins in late May in Simpsonville, South Carolina and is currently scheduled to wrap up with a June 29 show near Chicago.
We've grown accustomed to looking forward to the eclectic lineups that 'Dancing with the Stars' always seems to line up for its new seasons, and for the show's latest outing, they didn't disappoint: Season 14 will include pop star Gavin DeGraw, (as was rumored 2 weeks ago) well as soap legend and former teen idol Jack Wagner, and Jaleel White -- a.k.a. the man once known as Urkel from 'Family Matters.'
Gavin DeGraw has maintained a strong presence in pop rock since he introduced himself to the world, literally, with his 2004 smash 'I Don't Want to Be.' Rather than crash and burn like many of the stars who find the alternate one-hit-wonder fame, the New Yorker has kept himself planted in a steady stream, offering the world a little piece of his heart in the form of a successful single every few years.
