Jordin Sparks

It should come as no surprise that Jordin Sparks made history by becoming the youngest 'American Idol' winner ever when she took the title at 17 years of age in 2007: The Arizona native started belting out tunes when she was only a toddler. Sparks didn't stop, either, performing at scores of talent contests and sporting events before ultimately being crowned during Season 6 of the reality singing competition. Her 'Idol' single, 'This Is My Now,' went on to sell 2 million copies. Later that same year, she released her self-titled debut album, featuring hits 'Tattoo' and the Chris Brown duet 'No Air,' which was certified triple-platinum and earned Sparks her first Grammy nomination. In the years since, she has buffetted her music career with forays into acting, most notably by starring in the 2012 film 'Sparkle' alongside legendary diva Whitney Houston.
