Call 911 now! MTV has placed Skrillex at No. 1 on its countdown of the Best EDM (electronic dance music) Artists of 2011, a list that also includes hitmakers David Guetta, Kaskade, and 'We Found Love' hitmaker David Calvin Harris.

Kaskade is the winner of last Friday's Sound Off, with fans of the DJ pretty much taking over the polls and giving him nearly 75% of the votes versus Florence + the Machine. Now, the American DJ and his Skylar Grey-featured track 'Room for Happiness' will take on another DJ and female singer -- Scandinavian superstar Eric Saade and his song 'Hotter Than Fire,' which features vocals from Dev.
Kaskade vs. Florence + the Machine – Sound Off
Kaskade won again! The DJ/producer's track 'Room for Happiness' earned 70% of the fans votes, beating out Coldplay's pop rock track 'Paradise.' Now his Skylar Grey-assisted song will take on Florence + the Machine's 'No Light, No Light' in today's 'Sound Off.'

Kaskade beat out Foster the People in yesterday's 'Sound Off.' Although it was a pretty close battle, the DJ/producer ultimately came out on top, garnering almost 60% of the fan votes for his track 'Room for Happiness.' Today, Kaskade and Skylar Grey (whose vocals are featured on the track) will take on Coldplay and their newest single 'Paradise.'

Foster the People knocked New Found Glory out of the running yesterday, scooping up more than 70% of the votes with their song 'Call It What You Want.' Now, the indie pop trio will take on DJ Kaskade and his Skylar Grey-featured track 'Room for Happiness.'
