After last weekend's scare which saw Weezy hospitalized, having violent seizures and media reports placing him near death to the point of receiving his last rites, the rapper issued a tweet that night to let people know he was okay...

He really is getting better! Lil Wayne was released from the hospital late last night (March 18).

Weezy fans, it's time to heave another sigh of relief, as Lil Wayne is on the mend. The rapper has been moved out of the Intensive Care Unit at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles and doctors have upgraded his condition to stable.
