In response to Amy Winehouse's untimely death, M.I.A. released an unfinished demo called '27.' The elegiac song is in tribute to the fallen musicians who died at the young age of 27. Apparently, the Sri Lankan musician recorded this track before she released her mixtape 'Vicki Leekx' back in December 2010. "R.I.P A.M.Y," she tweeted on her Twitter page with a link to the song.
