As Nick Cannon continues to recover from mild kidney failure, Mariah Carey is passing along good news about her husband's progress. "Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he'll be discharged within 2 days," she tweeted today. "As always he's laughing and in good spirits."
