Michael Jackson was remembered with a birthday celebration fit a king -- the King of Pop, that is. R&B superstars Ne-Yo and Melanie Fiona, along with Swizz Beatz, performed at a star-studded event on Wednesday (Aug. 29) to celebrate what would have been Jackson's 54th birthday.

Alicia Keys' new album is expected to be released sometime this summer, but it's already getting some major PR in the form of her husband, producer Swizz Beatz.

Following the government shutdown of Megaupload this week, all eyes have been on Swizz Beatz, who was widely reported to be the file sharing service's CEO. The other ball has finally dropped in the texting scandal between Swizz Beatz and up-and-coming singer Christina Elizabeth. As we previously reported, salacious text messages between the married hip-hop producer and the 23-year-old woman were leaked online after Elizabeth lost her phone.

Are you ready to paarrtaay! Swizz Beatz and Chris Brown raised the roof at a Las Vegas club on Monday night (Aug. 22) for the Reebox Classics party and it was all captured on video. The duo were spotted in Sin City together for a live performance of Swizzy's new club banger called 'Dance Like a White Girl.' Apparently, the song is from the hitmaker's new album 'Haute Living.'

Producer Swizz Beatz isn't letting the recession slow him down. The rapper-producer is holding down three jobs, including his newest position as Vice President of Creative Design and Global Marketing for luxury carmaker Lotus.
