Tupac Shakur's former group, the Outlawz, plan to release a new album in honor of the late rapper. The rap quartet, which consists of Young Noble, E.D.I. Mean, Kastro and Hussein Fatal, will drop their final LP 'Perfect Timing' on Sept. 13, which is the 15th anniversary of Tupac's death. A convicted murderer named Dexter Isaac admits he shot Tupac Shakur in Manhattan's Quad Studios on Nov. 30, 1994 after allegedly being paid $2,500 dollars by James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond, CEO of Czar Entertainment and the manager of the Game.
