Following Usher's surprising custody win, his ex wife Tameka Foster wasted no time announcing her plans to appeal the judge's decision. Just when you thought the drama was over!

TMZ reports that Foster believes the ruling was unfair and the result of a biased judge. While we're not sure if the judge was influenced one way or the other by Usher, we can sort of see how Foster may feel that way. It wasn't Usher's celebrity that got in the way, but his law firm's history with the same judge.

Foster discovered that Usher's legal team hosted an election fundraiser for Judge Lane, the same judge who presided over the custody case. The firm raised $1,278 dollars for Lane in 2008. Additionally, Foster notes that her main arguments in court revolved around Usher's hectic work schedule, which leaves the 'Climax' singer little time to actually dedicate to their sons. She argued that she had the more stable schedule and thus should be given primary custody of their two boys, Usher Raymond V, 4 and Naviyd, 3.

Foster also issued commentary on her Twitter account, writing, "Money can buy many things... But in the end. Truth & goodness will prevail. I must continue to believe this. Stand firm.

Here's hoping the former couple ca reach an amicable agreement sooner rather than later for the sake of their children.
