Scream Queens just gave fans their first look at Taylor Lautner and John Stamos as Cassidy Cascade and Brock Holt, two doctors at the center of Season 2. As we reported back in January, the new season will shift focus away from the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority house and will instead take place at a hospital — one that, we're guessing, has a questionably low survival rate.

In the promo that premiered last night (August 10), Stamos and Lautner push patients down the hospital hallway as they're soundtracked by K.Flay's "Blood In the Cut," flashing each other grins before they're joined by Season 1's most fun villain, Jamie Lee Curtis' untouchable Dean Cathy Munsch.

"Alright ladies," Munsch says as she presents some blood-spattered scrubs, "Time to scrub up." That's when we see Emma Roberts, Abigail Breslin and Billie Lourd's Chanels in their signature over-the-top rich girl regalia. Absolutely none of these characters should be allowed near a scalpel.

In addition to thrills, blood spills and rapid-fire jokes, Lautner recently said to expect plenty of excessive shirtlessness from the leading men, particularly Stamos.

"We've only been filming for two and a half weeks, and John has been shirtless like five times," Lautner told reporters at the Television Critics Association (TCA) FOX All-Stars party in L.A. earlier this week. But will Lautner stans get to see his infamously ripped Twilight bod again?

"I have been able to avoid it, but it's a Ryan Murphy show. So I'm sure they'll figure something out," Lautner said. Phew.

Season 2's cast is as incredible as the first season's, which was reduced considerably due to its high body count: Jerry O’Connell, Colton Haynes and Cecily Strong join additional returning cast members Keke Palmer, Lea Michele, Glen Powell and Niecy Nash.

Scream Queens returns on Tuesday, September 20.
