Taylor Momsen, frontwoman of the Pretty Reckless, is watching ‘True Blood’ every week and writing recaps of each episode exclusively for PopCrush. Below is the ‘Heaven Knows’ singer’s reaction to the latest episode of the final season of ‘True Blood.’ Stay tuned to PopCrush for more ‘True Blood’ guest columns from Taylor!

Death is certainly not the end in this week’s episode of 'True Blood.' The hour opens with Sookie breaking the news of Alcide’s death to his father Jackson and Jason informing Hoyt that his mama has been killed by a vampire. Naturally, it was an emotional moment, but Sookie clearly reminds Jason during his breakdown that he needs to pull his s--- together for the rescue mission of Arlene and Nicole from the infected vamps.

Eric and Pam are making their way into the states, but Eric has diverted the planes to Shreveport first, so he can see Willa before he dies. We finally learn the origins of Fangtasia and how vamp-obsessed Ginger came into the duo’s lives. Fangtasia was originally a video store (with the largest collection of porn in Northern Louisiana), and Ginger has been a freak since day one.

Sookie, meanwhile, is getting s--- done left and right. First, she manages to calm Holly down enough to help her remember what happened between being kidnapped at the social and winding up at the creek where Alcide was killed. And these flashbacks are all kinds of messed up… Thankfully, Sheriff Andy is there to comfort her, because Sookie most definitely has bigger and more f---ed up s--- to handle.

Jessica is another loose cannon of a vamp, because she a) refuses to eat and b) is still super depressed since killing Sheriff Andy’s fairy daughters (rightfully so). Sookie thankfully is there with her zero-tolerance-for-B.S. attitude and finally gets Jess to drink Lafayette’s blood.

The last 15 minutes of this episode… from Eric and Sookie’s somber reunion (with Pam’s hatred for Sookie still going strong), to Arlene’s rescue and near death experience where she sees Terry. Here’s to finding a cure for the Hep V…

Until next week…
