Taylor Swift to Guest Star on ‘New Girl’ Season Finale

Get ready, Jess, Nick, Schmidt and Winston, Taylor Swift is moving in... sort of.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the '22' singer has signed on for a guest appearance in the season finale of the FOX sitcom, in an episode titled 'Downton Abbey Christmas Special.' T.Swizzle will "play an important guest," at the wedding of characters CeCe and Shivrang. Will she steal away Shivrang from CeCe? Or maybe steal CeCe away from Shivrang? The possibilities are endless!

We all know Swift is no stranger to acting. Often times her videos require some capacity of theatricality, but she's also had some television and film roles as well. Taylor appeared in a 2009 episode of 'CSI,' acted along her then-boyfriend Taylor Lautner in 'Valentine's Day,' and voiced the character Audrey in the 2012 film 'The Lorax.'

his isn't Swift's first foray into comedy either. The songstress acted as host and musical guest on 'Saturday Night Live,' back in 2009.

Spoiler alert: The episode will also include an out-of-control badger. Will this have anything to do with Taylor's character? Guess we'll have to all watch and find out!
