Taylor Swift Previews ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’ Video

Taylor Swift has released a teaser for her ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’ video, in which the pop star is ditching her signature sequins for a graphic T-shirt.

The preview shows Swift in a desert, surveying her surroundings as if she is unsure of how she got there. The ground is littered with refuse from a massive party, while the audience sees flashbacks of the singer living it up in a sea of bright lights.

Swift told MTV, “We knew we wanted it to be [about] some sort of corruption — good girl is living her life, going on about her life … and all of a sudden she runs into this force. This guy is just like a force.” The full music video will premiere today (Dec. 13) at 4:40 PM ET during ‘MTV First: Taylor Swift.’
