Taylor Swift will celebrate her 23rd birthday on Thursday, Dec. 13 in fabulous fashion: by premiering the video for her next single 'I Knew You Were Trouble,' which she has been performing at live events as of late. 'IKYWT' also marks her 23rd music video, so the numbers and the stars are aligning.

T. Swizzle and her millions of loyal disciples can spend her birthday together in cosmic fashion by enjoying the video and its premiere on MTV. Swift and her diehards will be together in spirit, at least.

The clip features Reeve Carney (who plays Peter Parker in the Broadway production of 'Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark'), as Swift's love interest aka the person she knew was trouble when he walked in, to paraphrase the lyrics to her uber-catchy, slightly dubstep-influenced song.

New shots from the video have surfaced, featuring Swift and Carney being playful and simulating a young couple in love. Swift, usually dressed in fancy dresses, sweaters and flats, looks cute and casual in Converse sneakers and grey skinny jeans while getting a piggyback ride from Carney. They also hold hands and run on railroad tracks.

Ut oh. Swift's BF Harry Styles of One Direction might feel a pang of jealousy, since these photos look so realistic. Swift and Carney could pass for a couple! It has us wondering exactly how this romance blows up in her face in the video.

Tune in to MTV at 4:40PM on Thursday, Dec. 13 to find out.

Also, in other promotional roll out plans for the vid, MTV will post clips of T. Swizz on set discussing the concept for the video on Tuesday, Dec. 11. On Wednesday, Dec. 12, she will count down her Top 5 moments of 2012 via Livestream, which will be followed by a trailer for the video.
