Taylor Swift May Be Headed to ‘Law & Order: SVU’

Super famous superstar Taylor Swift likes normal things, just like a normal person. She likes Troye Sivan’s new EP Wild, enjoys baking assorted desserts with her friends and binge-watches Law & Order: SVU like the rest of us. She even went so far as to name her cat after Olivia Benson, one of the show’s characters, and also collected the actress behind the character, Mariska Hargitay, as one of her many newfound celebrity friends.

Now, it looks like all that overt, very public obsessing might have paid off. According to Entertainment Tonight, Taylor and Mariska have talked about possibly bringing the “Blank Space” singer on an episode of the popular crime drama at some point in the near future. Mariska said that they’re “[waiting] until the end of the tour to see how it goes. But it’s in the air.”

All any of us can really hope for is that this possible cameo will be even half as legendary as her long-ago role on CSI, where she provided the iconic delivery of lines like, "I hate you. I hate you!" and "And the hits just keep coming."

Being a celebrity must be so great. If you really want something, odds are likely you’ll get it, if only you ask a publicist to hook you up.
