Taylor Swift's penchant for glamour? Totally gone, if a preview for her forthcoming music video is any indication.

Tonight (December 31), ABC will air the official video premiere of fan-favorite 1989 track "Out Of The Woods" as part of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest. The project's concept isn't yet totally clear, but in a sneak peek released by Swift last night (December 30), its style is abundantly so: Prepare yourself for a mud-stained, dirt-streaked T. Swift.

"Are we out of the woods yet?" the singer captioned the teaser shot above, in which she looks to be approaching the song's title pretty literally. Here's hoping rescue crews are on the case...

The song, produced by Bleachers' Jack Antonoff, follows "Wildest Dreams" as 1989's sixth single. Antonoff told Billboard last year that its recording was very much a tandem effort between the artists, and built off of some unlikely inspiration.

"When I was working on the track, I was thinking a lot about My Morning Jacket, and how everything they do, every sound is louder than the last, and somehow it feels like everything is just f------ massive," he said. "And that's the feeling that I went for. It started out big, and then I think the obvious move would have been to do a down chorus, but the idea was to keep pushing."

Share your thoughts on T. Swift's grimy teaser, and be sure to catch the "Out Of The Woods" video premiere on ABC — the special kicks off at 8 PM EST.
