Taylor Swift + Reese Witherspoon Chat About Ex Jake Gyllenhaal Over Lunch

Taylor Swift lunched with actress Reese Witherspoon in Los Angeles last week, where they reportedly dished on their mutual ex, Jake Gyllenhaal.

Now, we can't really imagine sweet Taylor talking trash about an old boyfriend, but according to Us Weekly, the two celebs gossiped about the 'Source Code' star while dining at Boa Steakhouse in West Hollywood.

"They talked about how vain and self-aborbed Jake can be," a source tells the magazine. "They laughed about it." We're used to the 21-year-old airing out her dirty laundry through song, but on a girls day out, anything is up for discussion.

Swift and Witherspoon first met at the Academy of Country Music Awards in April. Gyllenhaal, had a brief romance with the 'Speak Now' singer, whom he dated for two months last year. Prior to Swift, the actor had a two-year relationship with the Oscar-winning actress, after her split with her first husband, Ryan Phillippe. Witherspoon has since married CAA agent Jim Toth.

The country singer's lunch took place in between her sold-out four night stint at the Staples Center, where she invited mega stars like Justin Bieber, Ellen Degeneres, Nicki Minaj and Jason Mraz to perform with her on stage. Swift's Speak Now tour will continue making stops around the country until it wraps on Nov. 22 in New York City.
