Taylor Swift’s Swifties vs. Demi Lovato’s Lovatics – Best Fanbase [ROUND 1]

In Round 1 of March Music Madness -- in which PopCrushers vote for the best fanbase -- Taylor Swift's Swifties are facing off against Demi Lovato's Lovatics. We all know both groups are hardcore, but only one can win this round and move onto the next. Who will it be?

Taylor Swift has the most amazing relationship with her fans of any artist we've ever seen. Swifties look to Taylor as a best friend or a big sister, and it's not hard to see why -- T. Swift is constantly maintaining a super close relationship with the fans, whether it's by offering them heartfelt advice across social media or sending them surprise gifts in the mail. And, in turn, they keep her in check. “My fans make fun of me — it’s really cool. They have all these GIFs of me making an idiot of myself or tripping and falling on stage,” Taylor told the Telegraph. “They bring humor back into it for me. I get too serious sometimes — you can probably tell — and they bring me back to like, ‘Okay, I’m not really doing anything that difficult. I just need to calm down.’”

Demi Lovato's Lovatics are one of a kind. They are the ones who helped keep the "Really Don't Care" singer strong during her time spent in rehab -- and to honor their support, Demi even tattooed the words "stay strong" on the inside of her wrists. It may be a common thing for fans to get a symbol of their fave artist inked on themselves, but it's a whole other story when the celeb gets a reminder of her fans on herself. It just goes to show you how passionate and dedicated the Lovatic fanbase is. They're not going anywhere.
