The man who was arrested for trespassing at Taylor Swift's Nashville home earlier this month – you know, the one who claimed he was there to spend her 23rd birthday with the 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' singer -- has seen the charges against him dropped.

Jacob Kulke, 24, was arrested on Dec. 14, a day after Swift's birthday. He hopped a fence, after taking a bus all the way from Wisconsin, in order to share her big day with the singer.

Luckily, T. Swizzle wasn't home when the security breach occurred. She wasn't startled by her intruder, thankfully!

According to TMZ, the prosecutors aren't going to press criminal charges against Kulke. One of the reasons he won't be prosecuted? The fact that T. Swizz didn't have a "No Trespassing" sign posted on the property, which lead Kulke to believe he could enter the property without it being a problem.

Really? So that makes it okay?

More importantly, though, is the fact that the Swift family has elected not to move forward or press further charges.

Okay, so that makes sense, and makes the idea that he won't face charges over the lack of a trespassing warning easier to swallow.
