While watching Taylor Swift's 'I Knew You Were Trouble' video, we couldn't help but think she was inspired by Rihanna's concept and visuals for 2010's 'We Found Love.'

In these separate video clips, both of the chart-topping songstresses engage in extremely intense romances that bring depression, anger and loneliness along with love. Since the videos for 'I Knew You Were Trouble' and 'We Found Love' bear so many similarities, we wanted to know which clip you prefer.

Both Taylor and Rihanna's videos kick off with monologues, except Ri delivers hers in a faux Irish accent. In their respective soliloquies, the women talk about falling in and out of love, and the extreme feelings you can have for someone even when you know you're not right for another.

Then the videos cut to the past, during happier times with their super hot video boyfriends: Tay's, a tatted-up rocker type, and Ri's, a pretty boy that looks an awful lot like Chris Brown. Both of the onscreen couples are seen partying it up, making out in front of fireworks, fighting a ton and ultimately falling apart.

In her vid, Taylor's boyfriend cheats on her at some sort of crazy desert rave party, and also fights a room full of burly bar dwellers, all while the sweet Swift looks on in horror. Her BF turns out to be not only trouble, but also a complete douche, since he just leaves her passed out in a post-party wasteland. Reckless Rihanna, on the other hand, is lost in a hazy world of drug-fueled altercations with her BF. In the end, she knows what she must do, and even though it's hard and he's begging her not to go, she leaves.
