After "getting slizzard" in the video for 'Like a G6,' their hit collaboration with Far East Movement, the Cataracs and Dev continue the party vibe on 'Top of the World,' a risque video in which the singers find themselves among a large group of scantily-clad young women.

The video begins with the Cataracs -- producers Cyrano and Campo -- dressed as policeman banging on a motel door, presumably in response to a noise complaint. When the door opens, two hipster chicks in their underwear grab the not-so-reluctant law enforcement officers and yank them inside.

After one cop gets pinned down on the bed and one gets duct-taped to the wall, the girls proceed to tease the police by dancing sensually around them to the revved-up electro buzz of the 'Top of the World' track. The ladies engage in a lot of gentle touching and making out, both with the Cataracs and with each other, as the boys sing, "Me and you, on a trip / All night flight, girl lets dip / Lickin' my lips, I'm in the zone / And I can't really say what I'm sippin' on."

Then Dev, the 21-year-old singer born Devin Tailes, softly coos the chorus while lying on the bed: "Boy, you know you get me high / Won't you take me on a ride / Tell me where you wanna go / Tell me where you wanna go."

The party soon turns into a toilet paper and pillow fight. The handcuffs eventually come out, but only for the purposes of playful restraint -- as it doesn't look like anybody will be getting arrested anytime soon. The fracas continues with no signs of slowing down as the song fades out.

'Top of the World' is expected to appear on the next full-length Cataracs album. Dev is working on an album of her own, which will include her recent single 'Bass Down Low.'
