The-Dream is a very busy guy. After producing Rihanna's controversial track 'Birthday Cake,' he dropped his party-filled video for 'ROC,' and now he's back with a new jam. The hitmaker's latest song, 'Kill the Lights,' features his Radio Killa Records artist Casha, who happens to be Will Smith's niece.

The song is a slight departure from The-Dream's uptempo R&B tracks -- it's slow and methodical with production reminiscent of mid-'80s Prince. Casha's lush vocals are also a standout on the ballad. "I haven't heard something like her in a minute, so I'm really looking forward to watching her do her thing," The-Dream told Billboard.

The-Dream is still working on his new album 'Love IV MMXII' (abridged from his previously-announced title 'Love IV: Diary of a Madman'). "The album 'Love IV' itself in its entirety is really great," he says. "I've lived with it for a long time, and it doesn't get on my nerves yet, which is a great sign."

In the meantime, you can catch The-Dream on his Kill the Light tour next month. The 20-city jaunt begins in Greensboro, N.C., on March 7 and ends in Tallahassee, Fla., on April 14.
