R&B crooner The-Dream just dropped his new song 'AK47' and it's a real banger. The tune will appear on the re-release of his internet album '1977.'

Mr. Terius Nash is known for his metaphorical songs like 'Dope B----,' in which he compares his girlfriend to cocaine -- she's totally addictive. On the bullet-riddled 'AK47,' The-Dream describes an ex-ladylove whose heartbreaking ways and cold personality remind him of an assault rifle. Gulp.

Girl, you remind me of my AK-47 / Shots, shots in the dark, 187,” he sings. "You used to feel like heaven / Man down, she gonna make sure I don't live to tell it / Girl you remind me of my AK-47."

Whoa! The-Dream must have worn a bulletproof vest during their lovemaking sessions, but we digress.

Although '1977' first hit the Internet about a year ago, The-Dream remastered all ten songs and added two new tracks -- 'AK47' and 'Tender Tendencies' -- for the commercial release. The collection boasts guest appearances from Big Sean ('Ghetto') and Pharrell Williams ('Real').

The-Dream's '1977' will arrive loaded with goodies for a quick holiday pick-up on Dec. 18.
