On tonight's (April 8) blind audition episode of 'The Voice' -- the fifth of Season 4 -- the coaches continued to fill their teams. Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Usher and Shakira are almost at capacity and we'll soon engage in the battle rounds. But tonight was all about more blind auds. Sadly, Shakira kept getting passed over when she had to battle other coaches, which we don't get.

Here are the new additions to the teams.

TEAM ADAM LEVINE:

Michael Austin: "Big Country" is his nickname because he's big, he's country and he's got tattoos. He had a simple but decisive tone, which he demonstrated when singing Keith Urban's "Somebody Like You.' A. Lev loved that Big knows who he is as an artist while Shakira wanted him because she identified with the inflections in his voice.

Sasha Allen: All four coaches turned around the mother of two from New York when sang a Dixie Chicks song in a dramatic, Broadway voice. She chose A. Lev, who prides himself on winning these four-chair turns.

TEAM BLAKE SHELTON:

Caroline Glaser: The coffeehouse singer put off her college freshman studies in order to audition. Her angelic, soft and sweet vocal rendition of Elton John's 'Tiny Dancer' warmed the judge's hearts. Since she wants to be a songwriter, she chose Shelton over Shakira.

Grace Askew: This uber unique Memphis girl plays "bluntry," which is a cool mix of blues and country. With her big Patsy Cline bouffant, she strummed the guitar with her right hand and performed a sexy, bluesy, semi-rock version of 'These Boots Are Made for Walkin'' with a big ol' chrome guitar. While Shakira made a play for her, since Askew's heart is in country music, she went with Papa Bear Blake.

TEAM USHER:

Jeff Lewis: He boldly sang Usher's 'U Got It Bad,' while playing acoustic guitar. It is always a risky move to go the cover-a-coach's-song route but he hit the gas pedal on that road. Three coaches turned around for his blue-eyed soul towards the very end. Lewis was signed to and shelved by Interscope, so this is his second chance. He went with Usher, who saw that Lewis wants to work.

Ryan Innes: The soul singer shook the room with his rendition of John Mayer's 'Gravity' and earned four chair turns. Usher Raymond said he waited to flip his chair simply because he wanted to savor Innes' voice. He didn't oversell it like the other coaches; he merely told Innes they can win this thing. Since Innes is a soul singer, the big man went with Ush.

TEAM SHAKIRA:

Shawna P: The smoky-voiced vet is pure rock 'n' roll, like Janis Joplin, and she sang 'She Talks to Angels' in an intense, raspy, passionate voice. She had true grit, but needed to contain it a bit. Shakira and Adam could not ignore the rawness and pleaded their cases. She eventually chose Shak!

Mary Miranda: The Cuban singer found comfort and the English language through song after moving to the U.S. Of course she picked Shakira after delivering a gorgeous rendition of Selena's 'Como La Flor."

Tune in tomorrow night (April 9) for another round of blind auds.
