If it wasn't already copyrighted, we would suggest that the guys from the Wanted change their name to 'America's Most Wanted.' According to the Daily Mail, the 'Glad You Came' quintet were recently detained by police officers while shooting a new video in Los Angeles.

OK, so maybe we misled you a bit with that first part. The Wanted were, in fact, approached by police officers, but unbeknownst to them, they were being pranked for MTV's show 'Punk'd.'

In a video that surfaced, the guys can be seen sitting in a parking lot against a wall as two uniformed cops sternly talk to them. The motive for the faux cops interference at the video shoot remains unclear, but the guys are seated beneath 'No Trespassing' signs, so we're guessing that was the main "problem."

Later on in the video, Jay McGuiness can be seen getting cuffed and escorted to a squad car with his hands behind his back (although the Daily Mail believes he was the one member who was actually in on the joke). Max George is obviously upset in the clip, sitting with his head in his hands, and the cops also make Tom Parker lay down flat on the ground as if he's the next one who will be arrested.

The Wanted's episode of 'Punk'd' will premiere on March 29, so be sure to tune in to find out what happens at the end! Also featured on the upcoming season of the celebrity prank show are Miley Cyrus, who does double duty, punking her BF Liam Hemsworth and pulling a prank on her friend Khloe Kardashian, and Justin Bieber, who tricks his friend Taylor Swift.
