Remember Toby Sheldon, the 33-year-old singer/songwriter who spent a whopping $100,000 on plastic surgery to look like Justin Bieber? Well, he's not only back on reality TV -- he's also determined to get even more cosmetic surgery in order to look like the Biebs.

Sheldon was featured on the new E! reality series 'Botched,' and in the episode that aired last night he further explained what it was about the 'Baby' singer's features that made him want to look like the pop star.

"What brought me to Bieber was the whole package," Sheldon explained. "The full cheeks, the full temples, the bright, open eyes, the full, luscious lips and his facial framing, his bangs and his full head of hair…"

And Sheldon doesn't only want to look like Bieber, he wants to look like a specific Bieber: the 18-year-old version with the swoop, to be exact.

"You don't see any forehead, you know, [his bangs] are swept over to the side -- they're just beautiful," he said, laughing.

Sheldon also showed off his, um, vocal chops on the show, hitting the studio, recording a song and explaining a little bit about his lyrical genius:

"I do write and record my own music. The gift of writing music, I think it's not something you can learn. You have to have that inner creativity, you have to have something to say, you have to be lyrically gifted, you have to know what's catchy," he explained. "It's just something I learned to master."

But is he the next Bieber? Watch the video above and decide for yourself.

P.S.: While Sheldon wanted even more surgery to look like the Biebs, the doctors on the show ultimately turned him down. But still, that's not stopping him.

"I've been turned down by tens and tens of surgeons before and look what happened," Sheldon reportedly said (quote via People).
