The clip for ‘My Name Is Not Susan’ is one of Whitney Houston’s best music videos because of it’s somewhat artistic nature — minus all of the ’80s cheesiness. Inspired by the Alfred Hitchcock classic ‘Vertigo,’ the video has Whit playing two parts — superstar Susan and her average Joe doppelganger. A photographer — who is like James Stewart’s character — pines for Susan, but he instead dates Whitney and tries to transform her into something she’s not… But the diva certainly does not stand for that!
