Taylor Swift's 1989 World Tour has been a jack-in-the-box of surprise musical guests. Last night's Friday October 24 tour stop in Atlanta, Georgia was no different, with the country-turned-pop superstar bringing Swedish pop export Tove Lo of "Habits (Stay High)" fame onstage to perform a sassy, girl-powered duet of the latter's Top 20 Queen of the Clouds hit, "Talking Body."

Flanked by a group of writhing shirtless male dancers, the ladies electrified the crowd at the Georgia Dome, prowling the stage and trading verses to the sexy electro-pop jam. Tove Lo also had a major pop star moment during her dramatic stage entrance, and coupled with the fact that the crowd nearly exploded into a mass sing-a-long when the song began, it feels like Tove has definitely and deservedly reached pop star status here in the states.

"Everyone knew every word, and she killed it!” Taylor, who had previously called Tove one of her "favorite songwriters," confirmed on Instagram after the duet.

"Unreal," Tove responded on her own page, adding excitedly, "Taylor Swift, I can't thank you and your fans enough for this night. Playing for 56,000 people (!!!!) was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. I will never forget this."

It's been an incredible ride since Tove's debut album Queen of the Clouds hit back in September 2014, and now that the Swedish artist is officially part of Tay's squad, it's likely that even bigger things are yet to come for Tove. (Though, to be honest, she's so incredible in her own talent that she doesn't really need Taylor's endorsement—but hey, it can't hurt!)
