Tupac Shakur's mother, Afeni, is threatening to slap a lawsuit on anyone who plans to sell or distribute the alleged Tupac sex tape that is being shopped around to porn companies. TMZ chatted with a spokesperson for the late rapper's estate and they are not thrilled about this video.

"We will sue anyone who tries to sell a Tupac tape," said the rep. Afeni is aware that there's a tape is floating around and insists that only the estate has the power to authorize the commercial use of Tupac's image. "Get [your] legal team ready because [we] will not allow someone to put it out," the rep added.

Tupac's estate is also launching an investigation into finding out who is trying to sell the video to the highest bidder. They believe the leading lady in the 5-minute clip is behind this sex-tape scandal.

As we previously reported, an alleged sex tape surfaced of Tupac Shakur receiving oral sex from a female partygoer. The only people who have seen the 1991 video has been TMZ. No one has come forward to claim ownership of the tape, which also stars Digital Underground member Money B.

So far, two online porn websites are willing to pay big bucks for the tape but only if they see the footage. We are still skeptical about this tape because the story doesn't seem to have any legs. But we are waiting patiently to see how this is going to develop.
