Tyga’s Face Tattoo Causes An Uproar on Twitter
The Twitter-verse went into a tizzy recently over what Tyga may or may not have done to his youthful face. The Young Money artist posted a photo on his timeline of his new Mike Tyson-inspired tattoo on the side of his grill. WTF?
“F--- it #YoLo,” read the caption attached to the photo of Tyga smiling with the tribal artwork stretching from his eyebrow to his cheekbone. The ink became a trending topic on Twitter and upset many of his followers. "@Tyga kill yourself," wrote one distraught fan, while another tweeted, "you did an interview not to long ago and you said you will never get anymore face tattoos that s--- better not be real."
The consensus (at least here at PopCrush) is that it's not real. Several hours later, Tyga posted another picture of himself with a seemingly clean face sitting in his new ride. Hey, at least he didn't get his cheeks pierced like his girlfriend, Black Chyna, who is rumored to be pregnant with Tyga's baby.
In the meantime, Tyga is getting prepared for a lengthy road trip this fall. Next month, the 'Rack City' rhymer will headline his Closer to My Dreams tour, which stars on Sept. 4 in Los Angeles. After that, Tyga will join his Young Money labelmate Nicki Minaj on her U.K. tour.
But before he starts touring, Tyga will drop his 'Well Done 3' mixtape, which features him rapping over instrumentals by Kirko Bangz ('Drank in My Cup') and Minaj ('I'm Your Leader'), and boasts cameo appearances from his rap protege Honey Cocaine and his YMCMB crew.
