An Usher Sex Tape Is Reportedly Being Shopped Around

Poor Usher.

Back in 2010, thieves reportedly broke into his car and stole a multitude of items -- including millions of dollars of jewelry and two laptops and two video cameras -- and now someone is shopping around a supposed sex tape of the singer that was on one of the laptops.

According to TMZ, a sex tape of the 'Voice' judge and his then-wife, Tameka Foster, was found on one of the stolen laptops. While someone initially tried to shop the tape around back in 2010, no one would buy it. Now, however, the person is allegedly attempting to shop around the tape again -- but it could land him in serious legal trouble, considering it was essentially stolen.

TMZ reports that Usher's lawyer, Mark Geragos, is trying to find the person attempting to sell the tape.

Our advice? He probably should've just 'Let It Burn'...
