Season 4 of 'The Voice' kicked off last night (March 26), and now that we've officially seen the show's newest mentors in action, we want to know which new 'Voice' coach is your favorite. Is it 'Scream' hit maker Usher, or 'Hips Don't Lie' songstress Shakira?

Usher Raymond and Shakira were their confident selves while seated in those big red chairs, replacing original panelists Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green. They handled the back-and-forth banter and high pressure atmosphere like they've been in reality singing competition land for years now, and even bringing in a few laughs along the way.

Usher was absolutely charming as a coach, showing plain and clear when he was floored by certain contestants, and staying respectful when he felt less than impressed by others. He was really a joy to watch, but Mr. Raymond, who picked up two contestants for his team during the first round of auditions, also kept the other musical mentors in check -- he reminded them every chance he got that he's the man who discovered Justin Bieber, and is definitely a force to be reckoned with.

Shakira was lovely as well, but she also got a little sassy with original judges Blake Shelton and Adam Levine, calling them "jaded" and saying they only won before because of "beginner's luck." Her excitement shined through, and she ended up picking two team members last night, enthusiastically and flirtatiously telling one contestant, "I am so passionate about you! I haven't felt this way about anyone before -- well, I am this passionate about my boyfriend, of course!" Like Usher, it's clear Shaks is in it to win it!

So, who is your new favorite on 'The Voice'? Usher or Shakira? Or do just miss Christina and Cee Lo? Let us know by voting and sound off in the comments below.
