Bold move, Carey Mulligan! Not only did the actress go head-to-head in a fashion battle against style icon, Victoria Beckham, but the tuxedo jacket they both wore also happens to be designed by the former Spice Girl herself!

We're not surprised that when VB wore her tuxedo jacket, the look was basically flawless. The ensemble was formal, right down to V's signature heels, but her loose ponytail kept the outfit from looking too stiff.

From her pixie cut to her minimalist style, Carey Mulligan is a "best-dressed" regular. She didn't let us down with this chic black-on-black outfit. Like Victoria, Carey slicked her hair off of her face and added black heels. Dangling diamond earrings added some sparkle to the overall look.
