With all of the amazing music that was released throughout 2012 came lots of awesome music videos. From Pink's tortured and emotive choreography in her 'Try' video to the insanity that is Psy's gloriously over the top 'Gangnam Style' clip, there has been a plethora of captivating visuals from 2012 that have stuck in our minds. We've narrowed down the lengthy list to 16 of 2012's most standout videos, but which one gets your vote for the 2012 PopCrush Video of the Year award?

While Pink and Psy are definitely going to be two of the biggest competitors in the Video of the Year category, they've got some monster competition, especially in the boy band stratosphere. Big Time Rush are nominated with their action-packed, summery clip 'Windows Down,' while One Direction are also in the running for their lighthearted, "fun in the sun" vid for 'Live While We're Young.' Meanwhile, the Wanted are also up for the 2012 PopCrush Video of the Year award for their 007-esque 'I Found You' clip.

Teen queen Taylor Swift is nominated for her impressive visuals in 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,' which was all shot in one-take. And of course we couldn't forget her friend Justin Bieber, who gets the crap kicked out of him in his cinematic love story for 'As Long as You Love Me,' co-starring Michael Madsen. But can the Biebs' beat out Maroon 5's shoot out and explosions in their 'Payphone' clip?

In the diva spectrum, we've got gator goddess Rihanna tribal dancing in 'Where Have You Been,' Katy Perry spinning a dark fairytale in 'Wide Awake,' and Christina Aguilera getting bringing vibrance and violence to our screens with 'Your Body.' And although she may not be considered a true "diva" just yet, newcomer Lana Del Rey added some drama to 2012 with her clip for 'National Anthem,' in which she and rapper A$AP Rocky portray JFK and Jackie O.

Closing out the pack of nominees are the hip-hop artists, with Drake in the running for his 'HYFR' clip, in which Lil Wayne, Birdman and DJ Khaled party it up at Drizzy's Bar Mitvah. Drake isn't the only rapper repping Young Money though, as Nicki Minaj is nominated for 'Stupid H--.' Not everyone might've loved the song, but you've got to admit that the colors, costumes, facial expressions and special effects that Minaj brings to the table are incredibly eye-catching. Finally, there's M.I.A.'s controversial 'Bad Girls' video, in which the Sri Lankan songstress and her pack of deadly desert dwellers wields guns and drag race.

Instead of trying to weed through every amazing video this year, we want you, the readers, to decide on whose clip was the best this year! Vote for the PopCrush's 2012 Video of the Year below and be sure to vote every hour until the poll closes at 11:59 PM EST on Jan. 15, 2013. We will be announcing the winners the following day.
