Vinessa Shaw -- current star of Showtime's 'Ray Donovan,' and well-known for her role in the Halloween movie 'Hocus Pocus' -- is currently being sued for allegedly hitting two pedestrians with her car in Nov. 2013.

According to The Wrap, the plaintiffs -- who have been identified as Maridalia Chepi-Nolasco and Anastasia Gregorio Arce -- claim to have "sustained severe bodily injuries" from an incident that took place on Nov. 6, 2013. The pair alleges that the 'Hocus Pocus' actress struck them at a crosswalk in Los Angeles, despite a green light indicating that they had the right of way.

The complaint states: “As a result, plaintiffs were knocked to the ground and sustained severe bodily injuries." (Quote via The Wrap.) A Los Angeles Police Department detective apparently spoke to The Wrap, saying no crime was committed by Vinessa, and that it was a typical case of a traffic collision. The Wrap goes on to state that the plaintiffs, however, are still claiming "wage loss, loss of use of property, hospital and medical expenses, general damage loss of earning capacity and other damage."
