Waka Flocka Flame said he wanted to retire from the rap game, but how is he going to do that if he keeps getting arrested?

The 'Hard in the Paint' rapper was busted in his native hometown of Queens, N.Y., on Saturday (July 23) for criminal possession of marijuana. According to RapFix, Flame was taken into custody in the parking lot of the Coliseum Mall in Queens and had to spend a night in jail. Lucky for him, he was later released without being charged.

Regarding the incident, Flame tweeted, "I'm finna jump on my flight 2 Kc …. sorry 2 da whole m town 4 not coming I had spend a nite n jail with no charge #onlybecauseirap." Then added, "Can’t no 1 stop with GOD got planned 4me [know that]."

Waka Flocka Flame better be careful the next time he is wants to engage in his, ahem, smoking pastime, or else he's going to spend his retirement in prison.

In the meantime, Waka is set to release his collaborative album with his Brick Squad Music leader Gucci Mane called 'Ferrari Boyz.' The 15-song collection is due in stores on Aug. 9.
