The parent of slain rapper XXXTentacion suggests her son had a child on the way.

On Thursday, June 21, Cleopatra Bernard, mother of the slain rapper, shared an image of an ultrasound to her Instagram account (under the handle @cleo_ohsojazzy), inscribing the sonogram with the note, "He left us a final gift."

Aside from the inscription, Bernard has not yet provided further elaboration of the photo — like who the mother of the unborn child actually is — though it implies the "SAD!" star was approaching fatherhood before his death.

On Monday, June 18, the 20-year-old was shot and killed during an apparent robbery as he was leaving a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida, CNN reported. The controversial talent, whose real name was Jahseh Onfroy, was departing the shop before 4 p.m. when he was gunned down by two armed men who fled the scene in a dark-colored SUV.

Video footage circulated across social media depicting the site of the incident showed the "Look at Me" entertainer slumped in the driver's seat of his vehicle. Bystanders attempted to check his pulse, but X was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead just after 5:30 p.m. Monday.

In light of his sudden death, musicians like Kanye West, Diplo, and others took to social media to send their solaces and remembrances of the controversial entertainer.

After his death, an old, eerie video of X seeming to predict his own demise re-emerged on the web. In the clip, recorded last December, the rapper says, "If worse thing comes to worst, and I f---ing die a tragic death or some s--t and I’m not able to see out my dreams, I at least want to know that the kids perceived my message and were able to make something of themselves and able to take my message and use it and turn it into something positive and to at least have a good life."

On Wednesday (June 20), it was reported that 22-year-old Dedrick D. Williams, a suspect in association with X's murder, had been booked by the Broward County Sheriff's Dept. on charges of first-degree murder. In addition, Williams faces a probation violation for an outstanding grand theft auto charge. He is currently being held without bail.
