Rita Ora brought her signature husky vocals to the Capital FM Summertime Ball in London. She brought a powerhouse performance of 'R.I.P.' to her hometown -- and some cute, quirky style to boot.

With her blonde curls, black eyeliner and red lips, Rita looked like a modern day Marilyn Monroe. While she usually rocks urban-inspired outfits, this one had a twist. She wore a tied, button down blouse emblazoned with ice cream. Can she be any cooler?

The Roc Nation songstress clearly felt at home. "Hello, London! Make some noise!" she commanded. "Let's have a good time!" She launched into the song and owned it. Though she had a backing track, her vocals were always prominent and audible. The girl can sing live and the backing track wound up not being necessary, though it did aid when she ad libbed some lyrics. Unfortunately, Rita's partner in crime, Tinie Tempah, wasn't in attendance!

The Summertime Ball should be good practice for the 'How We Do (Party)' singer's upcoming festival gig. She's one of the headlining acts for mentor Jay-Z's Made in America festival, set to go down on Labor Day weekend in Philadelphia. It's also a way to prepare for her upcoming European tour with Coldplay, which is sure to bring enormous crowds. Based on what we've seen, Rita's more than ready for 'em!
