Which October 2015 Release Are You Most Excited to Hear?

October is finally here, which means the season is transitioning from humid, oppressive heat to two brief weeks of crisp autumn air...before frigid temperatures, snowstorms and bleak winter days ultimately hit us hard. And so the circle of life continues.

But not all hope is lost -- some of the year's most anticipated music releases are set to be released in October, so we've got plenty to be excited about!

Selena Gomez is gearing up to release the very personal and revealing album Revival on October 9. Her former Disney BFF, Demi Lovato, sees the release of her album Confident a week later on October 16. Aussie pop-punk outfit 5 Seconds of Summer will drop their sophomore album Sounds Good Feels Good on October 23.

Living legend Janet Jackson also has one of the most anticipated releases of October with her comeback album (it's her first in over seven years) Unbreakable, coming out October 2.

Country queen Carrie Underwood is also releasing an album called Storyteller on October 23. And finally, professional a cappella cover artists Pentatonix will release their self-titled album, said to be full of original material on October 16.
