Justin Bieber fan Payton Wall was just around 4-years-old when she lost her father in the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center. Now 14, Payton sent a letter to President Obama sharing her story about that horrific day -- and included in her note that she's a Bieber fan. Obama to the rescue: The White House has arranged for Payton to meet the Biebs next time he's in the area.

Payton's dad, who was an executive at Cantor Fitzgerald, was killed during the Sept. 11 attacks. The teen shared with Obama in her letter that her dad called her the morning of, when he knew he was going to die, and told her, "Payton I love you and I will always be watching over you."

The Pres was so touched by her story that he invited Payton to Ground Zero in New York City last week, where he revealed that he knows the 'Baby' singer and would like to make her dream of meeting him come true. According to TMZ, Bieber was on-board from the get-go, and "super-excited about getting the call." He told the White House that he will "definitely meet the girl when he returns to the US and can get back to the East Coast."

Dang, Bieber is so sweet he gives us a toothache! Mama Biebs sure did raise him right. And to Payton -- we're so happy for you! Please tell him we said hello.
