Whitney Houston and Jordin Sparks are sharing the screen once again in the new video for 'Celebrate,' the lead single from the 'Sparkle' soundtrack.

The video shows Sparks hanging out in a beautiful home, waiting for her guests to arrive. Scenes from the film are woven in, as her friends come over for a fun-filled girls night. Houston's voice is heard throughout, but sadly viewers only see her in a few clips from the movie.

“For me as a singer growing up listening to her, to be able to do a song with her is incredible," Sparks said of her duet with Houston. "And being her friend, just hearing how she sounded, it was amazing."

'Celebrate' was produced by R. Kelly, and is featured on the original motion picture soundtrack, which will arrive on July 31. According to Kelly's website, it was the last song recorded by the late singer.

'Sparkle' is a remake of the 1976 film of the same name. Inspired by the Supremes, the flick follows a singing group of three teenage sisters as they deal with their rise to fame during the height of the Motown era. The movie was directed by Salim Akil and is set to open in theaters on Aug. 17.
