Dance-pop divas Whitney Houston and Robyn join forces on ‘Dancing in Houston,’ a beyond-awesome mashup song that combines the vocal track from Houston’s ‘How Will I Know’ with the music from Robyn’s ‘Dancing On My Own.’

The ‘Dancing in Houston’ mashup, created before Houston died last weekend, shows that these two songs were made for each other. The pulsing synths of ‘Dancing’ match up perfectly with the vocal melody of Houston’s No. 1 song from 1985.

The tempo slows at just the right places, like when Houston begins the final chorus, “How will I know if he really loves me / I say a prayer with every heartbeat / I fall in love whenever we meet / I’m asking you cause you know about these things.

Listen to the ‘Dancing in Houston’ mashup to appreciate the timelessness of Whitney Houston’s classic song in its new danceable, fun and modern style.
